IPT Challenge Match: Efren Reyes v Austin Murphy

From the IPT:

The IPT's "Viewers' Choice" voting saw living pool legend Efren Reyes and rising star Austin Murphy selected as contenders in the next IPT Challenge Match. The match will be broadcast live on the IPT website on 29th April 2008, and is absolutely free for anyone to watch.

The broadcast will also feature an undercard match of 14.1 (Straight Pool) between Germany's Oliver Ortmann and John 'Mr 400' Schmidt of the USA. The match is going to be played on the traditional slow-nap cloth that was popular when players like Willie Mosconi and Ralph Greenleaf dominated the sport. Both Ortmann and Schmidt are looking forward to the challenge of playing straight pool on the traditional slow-nap cloth, which is made by Gorina for the International Pool Tour.
